Unfortunately those trainees are quite one dimensional, and have the same major problem as most big men, they can't pass or handle the ball well. To train those stats up to a respectable levels would take a while, and personally I like my big men similar to Pau Gasol, passers and ball handlers. Otherwise you can end up with a beast of a C/PF similar to Dwight Howard ( not that it's a bad thing) who couldn't pass out of a double team to save his life..

I'd sell the MVP PF and get some good money out of it to buy another player to help your team, and focus training on the C. He can be good in a couple of season.
