I have asked a GM and he is getting back to me on a definitive answer. It makes sense that we don't have to beat around the bush...like this.

Hmmm, I wonder where anyone could look to find some Indian free agents about now? I wonder if there could possibly be any on the U21 team? Hmmm.

Well there are some young free agents who could be on U-21 NT, if trained. One of them (or 2) is my trainee.

I believe the player Prashant wanted is already on the TL. Why don't you check it out?
