Ouch, looks like the UBulls are doing the dreaded CT vs Big Todd in the Tourney.

Cup games against D.IV teams are the toughest to game plan for. It's hard to decide if you have to pull a starter out to play in the game or if your bench can take care of the game.

Ouch! I lost in a nail biter. I set my lineup at the beginning of the week and included Miko in the lineup. Then I put him on the TL, with a decline a few hours before the game and totally forgot he was supposed to start. Careless error, and it will cost me a lot of potential revenue from both cup wins and disappointed fans over the course of the season. Bummer.

Hi this is cws33 and welcome again to Season 35 Div II.4 Survivor.....

In last week's episode Big Todd got the dreaded CT and the BU Terriors were upset so we are already down two teams.

In Division play the Big 8 and Great 8 are tied heading into week 2....

So for this week's "real" games we have

San Diego Eagles (3-1) at Div IV Short Bus Window Lickers (2-2) - In this one the Eagles will soar over this classlessly named team.

Flying Leopards (3-1) vs Div IV Brandon Bootlickers (3-1) - The Bootlickers have a couple of good players but don't have enough to compete with the Leopards who will pounce.

GS Warriors (2-2) vs Div III Libertines (4-0) - The Libertines rested their two top salary guys so have the edge playerwise, though the Warriors have HCA....it could go down to who puts the most effort in this one....I see the Livertines making a statement and upsetting the Warriors ...... if they only had Steph.....

The Bullets (1-3) vs Div III Louisville Landsharks (3-1) - The Bullets big two are rested and will shoot down the Landsharks in this one.

Serenity Valley Browncoats (4-0) vs Div IV Hellions Dog (3-1) - The Browncoats will be sending the Dogs to the pound after this one.

Pwnstrz (3-1) vs Div IV Catzzz (3-1) - The Catzzz dont have enough lives to win this one.

EDH Wolves (2-2) at Div IV Pasta Noodle (3-1) - The Noodles are already looking tired so the Wolves will put the bite on them in this one.

Work in Progress (0-4) vs Div IV Motor City Soul (3-1) - WIP shouldn't have to exert too much work in this one as Motor City just doesn't have enough soul(s) to compete.

Good Luck to all of you Div II.4 Teams

Game of the Week

Div II Scoreboard Survivors

Div II.1 - 13
Div II.2 - 16
Div II.3 - 15
Div II.4 - 14

Forums have been quiet lately.
I'll chime in to say my team surprised me yesterday, withstanding a truly monstrous game by Big Head Todd's largest monster, Stuart Vereker, with 38 points and 21 boards. Early on, my starting PG went out with injury and my best player was being shut down, so I was thinking this one was not going to go well. Bummer, as BHT is my rival and this was a TV game. I think the home court advantage must have kicked in, or luck, or something, because we managed to pull away in the third quarter. It's never a sure thing when Vereker is on the floor, so I wasn't comfortable with my lead until about a minute to go.

Good game, Big Head Todd! Your team is always tough to beat.

Did anyone notice Soloch's 20 pt, 19 reb, 10 blk triple double? Also can some explain to me how GS Warriors won their game while losing just about every ratings category? I would guess effort or home court, but they had neither. Congrats Warriors, you snuck one.

Wow, it was against me and I didn't even notice! 10 blocks. That's pretty much the 1st time that Woods has been shut down.

Well he injured my top 2 players and fouled out my 3,4 ranked player to catch up the lead. The ratings are probably skewed by my bench players hanging on to the lead

I'm getting absolutely crushed by the Warriors right now. More so than I would have ever expected.
I think they've got some savvy builds... or something. Otherwise I can't explain it. No reason for my bigs to be getting outrebounded like this unless their guys have twice the RB as mine, and that's not possible unless they are in the Legendary++++ range.
