On another topic, does anyone know how player salaries for being the fifth place teams works?
I haven't been in 5th place, well, ever, so I'm trying to model my finances for the next few weeks and I thought that this week I'd pay 50% of their salaries and then 0% the next week. I might be looking at the timing wrong, but is that idea sound? Will I have one week at 50% salary and then one week with paying no salary before next season starts?
The reason I ask is that on the econ update I just got hit with full salaries.

You should have, in theory, only paid 50% this week. Because of the delay in the processing the playoff brackets you ended up paying 100%, but it'll be fixed. Next week, you'll pay no salaries. The following week is the start of the new season and you'll pay your full salaries even though there's a 50-50 chance you won't have a home game to offset that salary.
