Opticfibres, 1 of the job of nt coach is to mold players for future, its his job to encouraged and motivate managers to train quality plyers at young age, lets say coach morwood did that, so the blame is on the filipino managers?

I totally agree that it's the NT coach job to motivate managers but as I said, a manager can only do so much. Not for one minute do I doubt that Morwood hasn't put 100% effort into your countries U21 team, he works tirelessly to scout players, scout the next team you come up against, identifying strengths and weaknesses and everything else that is involved within the job, so I don't think you can question his commitment whatsoever. And also, I agree with the point someone else made, he's got an asian silver medal and a world championship bronze, not manager managers will have that on their CV.

Wasn't referring to you - our lines are always open. Besides, it would not be fair to add to your duties. I offered a staff position to anybody who wanted to be part of National team. No one replied before. We have a small community. Of the 400+ users i think 50-70 are really active with the rest being casual bb players. Ill post something for minimum requirements for Senior team in the future.

We need to arrive at a common goal for each position. Ill coordinate with Obi and you in coming up with one so as not to confuse after 21 training. We have to set a higher standard for players. I am trying to shy away from huge salaries and 1 dimensional players. Long term they are just harder to maintain (salary wise) and only provide a specific function. it is easier to get multi skilled players and get them to play 2-3 positions. Most of my core except delapena are all under 200k salary. Ratio i think should be 5 guards 3 forwards 5 bigs with the remaining 5 slots for specialty (unique) players. Sorry for going off topic. This was just a suggestion for u21. This is also what i would like to use moving forward.
