Crown Casino is way better, transport is a touch better, and the sport is better, but they are the only things that put Melbourne ahead for me.

I'm Adelaide born and raised, lived here all my life. If you'd put up with our transport system you'd understand why I think Sydney's is good, haha.

I love Sydney.

Ironically, it is cheaper for me to drive than to catch the train.

Much prefer to NOT work in the city.

Couldn't stand being packed into shityfail's trains like sardines every morning and afternoon

Not to mention all the BO and bad breadth and stinky people who pick their nose and roll it into a ball... thank god I do not travel on the trains to work LOL. In fact I travel on sydney trains like once per annum.

One of my friends from Sydney was down a few weeks ago and I was telling him about the fiasco with the public transport ticketing system where the state government spent millions to introduce a system that was no better than the one it replaced and he said Sydney would LOVE to have disasters like that!

I have visited Sydney several times as a tourist and it is a beautiful city, however I have found it very frustrating to try and get around at times and the house prices just astound me.

Melbourne I think wins on sport, food, costs, transport and entertainment. But Sydney is way ahead in weather, career opportunities and beautiful sights.

Food in Sydney is fantastic, if you know where to go - I'd rank it Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne. (There are few things I'd rank Adelaide #1 on, but seriously, we do have the best food here).
