That was a crazy game to watch. Holy cow.
I also was expecting those Thayer 3's to strike gold.
I must admit I was cheering for the Clogs.

Congratulations to the SF Warriors on their victory.
Zenith's squad is brutal, particularly the bigs.
It would have been cool to see them joining last season's champs in the NBBA, but the GS Warriors are coming back to DII.

Thank you again! BTW, I found out that the system is still paying for the 3rd finals game; Hrudey and I thought that's not a thing anymore.

From the news post at the start of the season, my understanding is that teams are no longer paid based on the attendance of the third game. Instead the league champion gets a set amount and the runner-up a lower amount. And you get this whether or not there actually is a third game. Of course we'd need to ask teams involved in a series that only went two games to confirm the latter part.

There's a flat fee paid to the winner and loser of the finals - you got 250k and I got 125k. It's not attendance based anymore, so teams won't have a reason to tank for a third game unless it's for training reasons.

That's fair. BTW I took screenshots of your players to research patterns of the game system.

If there's any help I can provide on my players for your research, I'd be happy to help, but I find that my players all have their unique personalities and distinct abilities to somehow be really effective at times and painfully ineffective at times. There's no sense whatsoever in a world where Klein is my most consistently decent offensive player in the Finals, for sure.

Draft is already up. Wow.

I'll take it. I had one guy that was junk and is fired, one guy that is on the TL now and is 18 with allstar potential and enough skill to be worthless, and a 19 yo star potential C that can probably soak up extra training minutes for me for a while:

Miguel Garland
Age: 19
Weekly salary: $ 3 593
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: star
Jump Shot: atrocious Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: inept Handling: mediocre
Driving: respectable Passing: strong
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: strong Free Throw: respectable

He's not a dead sexy guy by any means, but he's starting off with strong rebounding, passing, and good ID, plus the all-important FT stat.

Incidentally, next season if anyone wants to try to set personal records for one of their players (like 100 point games or whathaveyou), let me know and I'll work with you on that. I'll just ask that you likewise try to work with my training so that hopefully I can get an easy 48 minutes. ;)

I got an 18 year old superstar, a guy named Cletus, and a 19 year old scrub w/ strong OD.

If someone playing around with the "Player Face Editor" can come up with something good for a guy named Cletus, or better yet resembling the Simpsons' Cletus, please share the # values.

ETA- How many roster spots does an NT have?
This guy got an ad on his player page asking me to contact them... (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/2396007/overview.aspx)
I don't want to get my hopes up only to have them crushed later.

I picked up three guys who I could actually mold into bench contributors, given enough time, but they don't really fit into my current training schedule, so I'm not sure what I'll do. They are all better than the existing scrubs I have from the last several drafts, so that is nice.

If you can fit Garland into your current training, I think he looks good. Nothing amazing, but he could have some solid big man skills after a couple seasons.
