Sadly to say, many others do not read the SG forums. I think i had fail to create public awareness about the elections before stepping in as a candidate for Singapore

You're expected to be failed when you're only been here for one full season, with no clues at all about what are these all about. Your team history haven't shown any signs that able to convince ppl here to live up your expectation.

All of sudden we've only seen your presence right after the election began. You should have build the early relationship with the community, helping to guide them for a better improvement of their team, their league.

NT rosters contain of Elite players with at least 70k salary player. And you don't even have one? How can you know they perform? Which player will perform good this week, how does player attribute works against any opponent out there..?

You copied here NT last season 0-8 record here. Well, it's the easiest way to pinpoint with this number, without taking a deep look. Fang SHuang Xiang, SGP best player were down for 3 weeks early last season opener.

I am very conscious that injury is not an excuse, but no matter what the whole team are expected to collapse even if it was managed by the best manager on this BB world. Missing their best player, that makes a huge difference.. like when you missed a presence like Shaquille O'neal or Michael Jordan... Just look at my team without FXS ... it's 0-7. When he's back? I only lost 3 games out of 15.

No shortcut to be on the top, until you decide to work on, to lead by example, to build your own team with some great player, study the game, and get familiar with the tactic...

Oh god your inexperienceness makes this even funnier.

The most funniest is when he once put the "GM_Nyx" on his alias...

Hi,

Over this years, have you ever seen any improvements of the national team?.......

Not trying to offend.. but you weren't even here yet last year.. which means 3 season old. And much more acceptable than now when you're deciding to candidate yourself.

So why don't you tell me what went wrong with the management. Why did the over pricing of the players occured. I might just be a 2 season old team, that does not prove that i am not eligible to take on somebody that i think has not been managing the team right or pointing loopholes in the NT.

Yep that is the crisis i'm facing. Thats y i am desperate to get a coach that helps career extension. I do not have time to elaborate much on this issue. I strongly belive that with so much discussions here and there. In the end, the votings are now the main concern. I already stated that putting the younger talents probably around 22-23 will allow the SG managers cherish those players more as they represent the NT.

I can probably explain why Kum Jian and Pin Keong are still in the team. When an election is going on, the current NT or U21 manager would normally not touch his squad, that means he won't add or remove any players, because he wants to give his possible successor freedom to choose their own squad. Eric's addition of Kok Loong might possibly indicate either he's confident of another term, or wants to save his successors the trouble of hunting him down. From my experience, I believe Eric would only look through the talent pool and select and remove the NT players after he's safely instated as the NT coach.

Well you rite, I never change the squad until election is over. Kok Loong is one exception because his manager is not that active and I am trying to get him to sell him. And in order for me to "advertise" him, he needs to be in the NT.

Nyx might not pose a threat at all even if he gets all the minor league users to participate, but if some Italian guy (or me, although I doubt that's anytime soon, because SG will improve faster if locals are in the NT admin) comes over and starts gaining trust of the users in these forums, that will be the end of you.

End of my reign as NT manager is not an issue with me as long as the NT is in good (or better) hands. The future of NT is much more important then the future of me as NT manager. Of course that does not means I don't have the passion for the job, in fact the fire is still burning strong.

Hi, no matter what is the outcome in the election.. hope both of us will still continue to actively contribute to the Singapore community.. I think ultimately we have the same goal, to make NT better..

Cheers, Eric ;P
