Don't forget a huge percentage never even log in even once and another huge percentage log in only once or twice so those guys were going to be lost anyway. My local GM told me it is less than 10% that actually make an effort to do something. So if you send out 10 BB mails and get 1 response that is an excellent return. 0 is only just below what you would expect. I often send out mails to new Aussie teams and have only ever gotten a response a couple of times.
