I'll say all three are trainable, too, though if Kneale had a couple of more levels of potential I think he'd be causing pants parties everywhere.

Yea, star is about the minimum potential I am willing to train. I picked up a few 23/24 year olds too, so it looks like I will have a full 1v1 FW training rotation for the next season. However, it might give me problems with trying to compete in D III.

I got this guy. I wish he had a little better potential though...

Virg Woodard with 53 starting skill points is amazing! He could easily get 200+ salary with some decent training.

Yeah too bad about the rebounding. I had the same issue with my Utopian guard. I may convert him to more of a SF/SG type because of that.

Not the best starting skills but most of his low stats train fast. I'll probably have him be a SG mainly, but will try to work on his inside skills some. Although at 19 it may be a bit late to concentrate a SF type skill set. So I'll probably just make do and hopefully get him to reach close to his potential (MVP would have been fine I'm sure).

Having low stats that train fast is the key. I think I am going to develop a weighted rating scale for evaluating trainees. Jr is such a pain to train and the secondary training is horrendous so 7 jr to start with is awesome.

i didn't scout in Utopia. Got a starter potential guy and a guy named Hoss Dobbins.
I think Hoss Dobbins is going to be my end of the bench scrimmage filler guy until the end of time. I really wish he was a Cleric.
