Singapore U21 team in season 20 or under my control situation

In the last season I take over Ben. Before under my control Singapore team was under the good trainer and I got some talent great roster for SG U21 selection. I am the Pro manager (just joking), I am the stupid manager what I was thinking is "Training was not my duty depend on Pro manager" may be club team manager will be training their trainers (like a ferguson or winger). NT team manager will be selecting the best country roster and set the lineup for winning the game and go to the goal. (all are my my stupid thinking) Finally I selected 18 rosters and May be I changed 2 rosters 1 SG because of NT advices and 1 SG because of I thought he will be useful for next game (that time I also suggest with Eric and he was opposite of my thinking and he wanna take care of enthusiasm.) So totally I used 20 rosters in last season.

Totally SG U21 played 13 games in season 20. 9 games win and 4 games lost. 2 tournament games and 2 SC games. I don't wanna say about last SC game. So I lost other 3 games, 1 games was SC with Argentina (America tournament runner up), but I got a lot of experience. The tournament game.... 1st round I lost to Taiwan the last game of the group. This game was really important for next round and I wanna to be win that game but I don't want to use CT. Actually first round Iran and Taiwan was really stronger than Singapore. 2nd round I lost to Australia (Asian tournament runner up) Actually that game was really difficult to decision for lineup and I also ask suggestion from Singapore NT manager. He gave me really good advice for that game. May be he said don't used CT and take care for next game with Malaysia. I agreed with his suggestion after that Singapore U21 win to China (Asia tournament champion) over the 1point.

Finally I did not reach my goal to semifinal. But I did Singapore U21 team ranks 6 in Asian tournament game. I think that was high position in Singapore U21 History and Singapore U21 team got 1 ticket for World U21 Championship Repechage. But I am no good manager and I am also not happy because I did so many above error.

Thanks a lot for suggestion FCP... Some time I not listening your suggestion that was sometime my point of view and my team situation. Please take care for you Malay U21 team bro still you have a chance. I know you are active forum in so many forum some forum I did not post anything but I like to read the forum. I know about you and Venezuela complained for replayed game I think I keep quiet was better for me still I don't know which result will be confirmed. Because only changed the winning team was only Singapore and Venezuela. I think I saw your post agreedment for replayed game. After that you complained again (just joking bro) that second game winning was because of your advice of FCP the first game I played with PTB & FCP. I watched the game live and my team follow the Venezuela lead PTB & FCP with narrow gap points. Finally my team made a lot of foul and lost with 7 points. That time I was using foul let's them play and CT because enthusiasm 1 before 15minutes start the game.

Second game I changed my lineup because of the weakness. I used inside shoot, man to man, sit them & normal mood. Because in the group Czech and Venezuela are stronger than Singapore. I have no chance for that game and I got lucky chance for replayed the game, so I try to change my team weakness and (my experience some time CT was really useless more danger for the team ) luckily I win this game with normal mood.

Last season I was not agreed because our team were not the best and some of the weakness so I targeted to a little bit gap point lost if I will lost. Finally i did not listening your suggestion that's why reaction was I lost 1st position in 1st round and I lost semifinal tickets in 2nd round again because of the gap points

LMAO, seriously, you are a joke. I've never revealed this due to my respect for Ben, but I guess it's time for you to know that SGP U21 is where they are now because of me. I taught Ben how to manage the U21. Without me, SGP U21 would be nothing.

Although i am new to this game and may not have any right to comment, but I feel this is outrageously arrogant!

Now my present situation.... Some people don't like me. I agreed because of their vision and my vision are not same. So I wanna talk about season 20 my mistake with SG U21 team. ...
1st error I enter the election without national team knowledge.
2nd error I did not take care of Singapore talent rosters form happening bob.
3rd error I scary to post because of my weakness language.
4th error I did not train well Singapore young rosters for future.
And may be others of errors...

Now you say all of these are already useless, because the season has been gone, and young players have turned bot. NT manager has warned you to save them but you don't listen.

If you know all these weaknesses from the start, why did you still forcing yourself to be u21 manager?and causing you to have bad image?

There's Audi and NT, who was a training expert, he has u21 and NT player, why didn't you keep them support? He clearly has better knowledge among Singaporean fellows.

If you say you care about Singapore, you should be supporting him because he has more knowledge than you and know better how to maintain young players..

I don't wish to insult your intelligence or anything. You should know that Audi has helped your previous U21 manager bigben trained good sgp players, and NT was a scout of Singapore u21.

Even they might not doing at bigben level, at least they are 10x better than you when it comes to nurturing young players..

Still I can control well and upgrade high level for SG U21 team. If I will be handle next 2 season also I can handle well but dont worry I will not join. And then next manager will be not succeed you can tell again that is because of me not depend on future manager responsibility am I correct your seen side? You have no qualification ha ha ha. You are not same my lvl... Childish if you want to challenge me try to promote yours teams promote to SBBL first
