Sorry for the delay mate, pretty busy weekend!

So looking at the game and not just the box score i was kinda a little dissapointed in Gkonias, 16 points, 6/9 shooting 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 blocks and 2 steals in 25 minutes is impressive, but most of that was in the last quarter which takes away from it as the game was already over. Having said that Quinn Kings still had their starters on so he was still against the best opposition possible in that last and took it to them. And realistically i think it should be pretty hard for a guy in a team that got smashed by 30 points to get a vote, and when Siffredi shot 8/27 he was hardly a stand out so I'm gonna agree with you on this one Mr Matt

Have you ever just said Warren to amuse yourself? Warren,Warren......Warren. Very fascinating after you repeat it a few times. Team AWESOME WARREN BULLS vs DAY TRADING MARKETERS wasn't as close as us Guppies would have liked it. After Naker served up some of his players hips, teeth and walking frames, the Bulls will have to go back to the drawing board if they want another win. How did Naker's players manage to score 39 points in the final quarter? Wouldn't they need a ventilator or something by then? No one will know how Naker does it...maybe magnets?

3 Sidónio Conceição Viral Infections 43 PTS 7 REB 7 AST 3 STL 1 BLK. Easily the best player out there on the night.

2 Paolo Aloisi Warren Bulls 26 PTS 4 REB 1 AST 1 STL 1 BLK. This is a pity vote for the old fart. One of the biggest scorers on the night and solid all round game gives him 2 Fanny points.

1 Yuri Abruzzese Viral Infections 30 PTS 4 REB 6 AST 2 STL. Easily gets this vote just for his name alone. ABRUZZESEEEEEE!!!!

Considering I won by 61 points, I hardly think the opposing team should get the second voting spot.
Also, Yuri scored 30 points at over 50% efficiency where as Paolo only scored 26 points at less than 33% efficiency. Yuri also played for 4 minutes less than Paolo so did more for each minute he was on the court.
Both players got 4 reobunds each, but Yuri got 6 assists compared to 1 assist for Paolo.
Also, Yuri kept his opponent to 4-12 where as Paolo allowed his opponent to score 44 points!

I would also like to propose that César Serre get the 1 point spot.
Serre played 6 minutes less than Paolo, and during this time he scored 23 points at 50% efficiency vs 26 points at less than 33% efficiency for Paolo. Both players got 4 rebounds but Serre managed an outstanding 11 assists compared to only 1 assist for Paolo.
Ratings might not mean too much, but a 14.5 ratings for Yuri and Cerre compared to a 5.5 rating for Paolo ought to be considered in my opinion.

Therefore, I propose that Yuri should get 2 votes, and Cerre should get 1 vote and Paolo should not get any votes.

60 point loss and the loser gets 2 points

but my game down 9 with 4 mins to go & finally lose by 15 after the desperation tactics dont work & i get nothing cause noodles doesnt like goldfish (me?)

really doesnt add up i cant find another game that was decided by 15 or less ever where the loser got nothing

And I think that in your game Xie should have gotten at least 1 point.

i was extremely close to giving Gardner the 1 when Marmots beat LORDY by 14. that would have given Rabid's boys all 6 votes.

i havent looked at your game so i dont know if any of you players deserve a point, but it is definitely possible to give all 6 to a team only winning by 15

i guess i agree that it is possible 4 a team winning by only 15 2 get all 6 votes

but i would think that this would be more of the case where 1 team spanked the other & pulled all their starters & the losing team narrowed the margin in garbage time

but this is the opposite

1:46 mins 2 go i am down 8 & either team could have won but in ct glenelg just got the rolls and dominated our injured and out of shape big guys on the rebounds and only the heroic efforts of xie with 7 rebounds and bay with 10 gave us a chance

our bigs were flogged - starting c had 7 rebs in 48 mins, starting pf has 6 in 48 mins

but xie and bay and barlas were heroic

bay kept his man to 1/8 shooting for 2 points for the game

xie had a 12.5 rating 3rd best in the game and was by far our top scorer with 28 points while the "clearly best" guys only had 30, 27 & 26 - not so clearly best 2 me

xie & bay were our best rebounders despite being sg & sf

but no point appealing cause apparently a loss by 15 is a total blowout & down 8 with 1:46 to go is now garbage time & a 1 sided massacre & noone ever caught up 8 in the last 2 mins

besides cat & noodles are all bffls & wont go against each other so im screwed anyway

maybe we should be more consistent & never give the loser anything ever again cause that is real fair

i totally agree that this is just a bit of fun but being told "im not giving u any votes cause i dont like u" sounds like a joke but when then they really do it it isnt fun it is bullying

Mate i really think you are over the top with this - Appeal i honestly don't mind and Cat will probably enjoy changing my votes anyhow if he does.

My argument against Xie getting votes is that if you match him up against Ton he was much less efficient 11-25 shooting vs 13-20, had 6 less assists & only 1 more reb. Both teams played man so they essentially played on each other thus i deem Ton more worthy of votes.

The margin of the game means little to me. I just thought those were the best 3 guys and if the stats lines were reversed it would have been Xie getting the votes. I will say it was close and that i found this to be the hardest game to do votes for but IMO (and mine only) that's how the votes fell.

If you are aggrieved enough to want to protest please do as that is why we have that system in place. I will in no way be offended and encourage you to do so as i enjoy looking at how and why people value players performance in games. These votes reflect the way i value performance...it doesn't make ir right or wrong it's just the way i looked at it.
