Okay could i get some advice about getting a pg then?

What should be the minimum stats for OD, JS & JR?

Also is passing and handling important to begin with? I see that you can train them up quite quickly.

My ideal PG trainee would be a 6'0" 18 year old superstar with respectable JS, JR, OD and PA. Now he would cost a lot but the closer you can get to that the better.
