My TV contract is $ 78 962, and right now I'm paying my 10 happy losers $ 27 822 total.
Am I guessing correctly that this strategy involves firing everybody and just earning money?

22) How long will I keep my advanced trainer? Trying to decide on the tradeoff between fee and salary. I'm predicting:
- a 25k fee on a 11k contract
- a 10k fee on a 13k contract
- no fee on a 15k contract

You can kick everyone but 3 players, but don't do it, it's one horrible tactic, and I would argue it's not even financially good.

22)You don't need an advanced trainer, competent will do. I'm using one too.

Take a look at my example(I started last season):
1st season: Just expanding the arena, invested about 3 million
2nd season:
-Bought a few players for about 700k, just to reach the salary floor
-Continued with developing the arena, about 800k invested so far, another 200k upgrade planned for tomorrow

I'm currently at 15k/1500/500/20 which is already bringing me about 260k per match(could go up to 300k with better prices)

I plan to finish it by the end of the next season, it will take 3 more million.

After I finish it, I should be able in cash in about 350k per match.

Anyway, with only a couple of seasons of patience, I will gain tremendous financial power, which basically means success in this game.

I would advise a similar strategy to you, first season arena, learn to manage game shape etc. second season get some cheap players to start competing, just reach the floor and keep expanding arena. by the start of the season three, you should be in a very good position

23) Just constructed my first rotation, tell me what you guys think! Assumptions:
a) I will soon buy another big man trainee (joining Antuma and Verel, all three exactly 48 minutes at C) - let's call him NEW,
b) good players (Ant, NEW, Gei, Sla, Koo, Ger) will play 60 minutes a week, bad ones - 72.

24) Training takes place on Friday, finances - on Monday => I should never employ a new trainer during the weekend, that's just 10-15k down the drain. Correct?

I'm not sure if you understood me. The question was: why hire new coach on a Saturday, if he gets his salary on Monday, but only coaches on Friday. It seems that Tuesday-Thursday is the time to hire one, no?

(But whether I should fire all my staff on Sunday if I know I'm replacing them next week is another good question.)

You are correct.

When you are ready to switch trainer, fire after Friday training update, before Monday econ update.
Then buy new one after Monday econ update and before Friday training update.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

dont fire them all. lvl 1 staff is fine at the beginning (except trainer) you dont need high lvl pr managers and doctors at the start.

Got some pretty exciting news, we're 12 again!

The first signing was one of those unfortunate "what does this button do" experiments. While I quickly understood bidding the whooping $1k on Señor César Téllez (31756596) wasn't the smartest thing to do, he's 18, comes from my favourite country on the planet, becomes our tertiary trainee, and we're very thin at the wing anyway.

The second one I'm really thrilled about! My compatriot Daniel Furman (30278650) is exactly the big young man we were looking for! While I realize I must have overpaid if I overbid the rest of the internets on day 3 in the job (feel free to point out why), but people seem to be demanding similar value for any 18yo with over 60 skill points, and then brag about how their trainees popped 13-14 times a year, so I'll just take a 19yo with 82 beautifully distributed skill points and see if I can make him grow with the club, all the way to the top :)
