answering your question, i want make malaysia better, first better in asia region can fight with my u-21 nt indonesia, thai, vietnam and then japan, india and last iran. why? everything needs proccess,, if we can better and better, we can fight hongkong and philipines. if in asia we can't better how can we better in worlds? i want to handle some training and focusing in development. i am not orientated in result, my orientation, if every user can develop 1 nt player, we can have many goods player then and no need to worrying while get injured, while no players in sf position and while everything get worse.
i want to see some new good sf in this country because i see many nations not orientated in developing sf position and not look it a must. every players have the roles, i know this country center and pg is better than indonesia players, japan, etc but how can we just have them, the development now i see is slower than before and i want we can develop it next faster

yah i know it is trend, why? because everyone orientated in developing some center and pf and bought expensive players in that position.. i prefer use run and gun and outside area because look inside too commons and to easy for getting see by opponents.

so that's all my answer, i hope the best can win this election and can make u-21 malaysian team better next. and i hope the development not just getting slower because every nation better now. thanks and see you guys..^^

i just have some trouble that i must finished it first so it would made me have much time to fix it. so i decided not to compete in this election. i hope malaysia got better u-21 team and it would crowd when malaysia facing indonesia in game.. so we can interacted together and sharing together..
i hope the other candidate can do much better than my plan and focusing in developing new players not just orientating in promote club to the next division.. thanks for the attention.. make bb happy for every players in the world.. feel free come to our thread and sharing together..^^

Seeing Look Inside is slowly becoming one of the 'trend' in BB, if elected would you jump the bandwagon and develop players to suit the tactic? Or do you have any plans to 'neutralize/ counter' this approach?

Well, player development would happen overnight. With the players of our country being trained to follow the trend the last 2 or 3 seasons, our U21's offense tilts heavily towards LI now, and it's not a secret (our U21 even posts LI-like offensive ratings with base offense). My reaction right after checking out the available crop of players was to try to balance out our offense, as I believe in versatility in tactics. In the future, our players would be able to run an effective LI, but they can also run an effective RnG as well.

As for countering LI, I currently believe that we might have a solution to it already, although it's yet to be proven. And no, I did not think of the solution myself, neither did I ever think of something close to it. But the person who suggested it knows that I know about it, although the both of us have yet to discuss about it. It will be properly discussed in the near future.

Poland used LI for seasons in a row, not a single change. USA as well. Italy didn't. They won.

LI looks like to be the ultimate tactics, we found some countermeasures and have some options, but to compete at high level the degree of specialization prevents to have a good team balanced inside and outside. However, if re-elected I will not stop seeking options.

your last active in BB Malaysia was : Date: 5/19/2012....

in future if you forgot to set line up, you will say " sorry i just online now"?
if you can not spend much time in BB or BB Malaysia, please don't register as U21 coach.
