klo mau kritik ya mending kritik yg ke arah positive, jgn negatif banget gt bro.
kemauan tiap org kn beda2, mungkin mnurut dia bisa menang. lagian dia juga uda jelasin knapa dia pasang pmain itu.

So in your view, i made a mistake with Faried, but if i put him in the lineup, thats also bad. Are you kidding me?

New Zeland played higher effort level, thats all, if we played with the same effort level, we won this match. Faried is good player, but not the best in the country. If he played on the match, we had also lost it, because thay had higher effort level, and thats more important. You said me to dont tell you that i have no choice with Budiarso. But you dont say your better choice for PG position... because there is no better choice. Thats all man.


Iam dissapointed about this loss. I didnt think, that they will play with higher effort level, thats my mistake. But i tried to use the best lineup, the best players, and the best tactic.

Now we will have few days, to recover. I will scout with my scout/s, find the best players in the next generation, and try to keep them training. For the current NT roster: As i see, the youngsters are in training, for older players the most important is game shape, unfortunately, some managers dont take care of it. Budiarso will be a free agent within 1 week...

yup, yg terbaik emang kalo pemain timnas dilatih klub2 lokal..
kalo 1 tim melihara 1 pemain timnas kayaknya jg gak terlalu berat kok buat tim IBBL ato divisi 2..

yap,, sepertinya harus minta bantuan bung zapper,, tapi sepertinya dia lagi miskin juga,,

duit sih cukup bro buat nyelametin budiarso, tp kalo di tim gw gak bakal kelatih soalnya gw latih bigman..
kalo ada tim yg lebih baik sih mudah2an ada yg mau nampung dia, tp kalo gak ada yg nampung ntar gw coba selametin kalo timnya beneran jd bot..

Budiarso uda cukup berumur, kalau pun dilatih, pasti uda gak efektif.,, palingan butuh beberapa FT.,, dan Gameshape sudah cukup brot,, kalau bisa ,, jangan sampai direkrut tim lain sich...,

Brot, saya gak masalah memang karena hanya game 1,, tetapi dengan manager NT baru kita ini, saya yakin dia tidak ada pengalaman sama sekali di bidang NT. Jarang jarang nya Indo punya keuntungan sebagai tuan rumah Turnamen,, tapi sayang,, tim kita rasanya menjadi kelinci percobaan ,,, brot,, coba saya tanya kamu,, ini pertanyaan sangat simpel,, kalau kamu jadi manager ,, kamu akan suruh Elie Farid duduk di bangku cadangan ?

Being an NT manager, you are supposed to bear of being bitten because you are holding an important icon of a BB Nation.

Erol has better inside scoring, better inside defense. Game shape is important, but Erol has 7, Farid 8, both are good.

Do you think that we have won this match, if Farid replaced Erol, or other big mans? I dont think so. My mistake was, that ive thought they will come lower effort lever. Thats really my mistake, sorry for that.

I know that, and i think iam a good communicator, but how to cummincate with an almost bot team? I wrote a letter every manager, who has NT player, but some of them havent read the letter. I cant communicate with managers, who dont read my letters...

this game is suppose to be fun guys, losing in game 1 means u try harder in next game, it's possible New Zealand won the game because they try harder, but that means next game Indonesia will have higher enthusiasm therefore hopefully higher possibilty to win agains Lubnan :)

bro Nelleas is only mad because Indo team is losing his first game (we are Indonesian and we love our country so much)

and i'm sure coach will try his best for the shake of Indo NT

therefore let just enjoy the game and help each other for Indonesia NT okay?

I thought New Zeland wont try it harder against us, because they will have 2 hard matches in the next two week. I think With their low enthusiasm, they will loss both of them. Now we have to win against Lubnan, thats the most important, we still have good chance to qualify for the next round.
