I don't thinks there much of huge difference in them, all this depends on players potentials this were difference lye . you have to start from 18yrs old to get the best bang for your buck with training. the difference from 3 to 4 is 15k a season. I don't a think 0000.3 is worth 15k$. this get higher as we go higher per~season ,per ~trainer level.

Some see that is a good things because of rapid player growth, thats ok by me, I understand the point of view. Im saying to start you don't need a level 4 trainer , It not wise to spend what you don't have. You can go basic and create a good solid player as well maybe NT level but some need to understand you don't have NT money yet, so don't go building NT players off the bat..

Then there a signing fee those trainer going to 350K$+ for level 4 and .. Level 3 is about 75-150K. I hope you can see my point of view. The best anything to start is knowing what to do , not spending what you don't know yet. Not sayng you in general ok. Im just making a point of merit.

I think and understand not all tactics cost to the same to play and player cost to create to perform.. I Understand the extra pops you bring up this is very true.. I also know that we can get about the right amount rightful skill in certain tactics with lower level trainer at a lesser cost point for certain amount of time. Also one of the secret benefit is that none bring up is . Having a older team a lower trainer is better than a level 6. sometime the player get worse with that better trainer and lower level one wont actually hurt his skills.


I don't want to confuse anyone with anything.

IL say,As you go up your going to need a better trainer. But to start it make no big of a difference. Its about cost effective to start. That the point I'm making.

Look were I said older team . thus being with older players. I never said a age limit or direct age . I thnk a lot could understand the word "old".


Go ask manon, go ask trainer man, or lemonshine. you know someone who know what im talking about . Some Older players get worse when you train them with better trainers in most cases. It based on %, that's why it best not to train them.

Thats why there is a trainer for older players and older teams. You thinks a mystery that BB has a certain trainer for older players. HMM? No dis agreement here about anything ,you need to stop omitting things for your own good looks and be 100% forth with people. This not about who's right or wrong.

this is about letting new manager do better and learn the game these trivial discussion, these small help clues. Stop trying to make the damn game a hard core mystery with everything all the time. this is not "murder she wrote" sitcom

How long will the manger have to wait for that god sent 50k bid and 15k a wk trainer. I guess you never saw a counter bid on BB for such trainer.. Hey maybe if the market was in India area of bb directly with such low bidding prices we could all get such trainers right now, but its not. If bb staff would listen and get rid bidding on trainers then it would be a big step in that area of problems with cost to afford. I'm just saying not being negative

Clearly you haven't even bothered to read this thread. It is relatively easy to get an advanced (level 4) trainer with a starting salary below 15k for less than 50k.

You never heard of a over bid for such trainer. You don't want to reply to that, it would ruin your stance. I understand, but thanks for the dialogue

Skill pop are made by training force, only a few random non forced. Same goes for decreasing. skill decrease is not 100% random at old age some of it can be forced. It just how the system works, cross training work toward the minor through the major.

Decrease works through minor to the major, sometime both depending which is higher
