Actually, there is a general consensus is that the best minutes are 50-60 minutes per week.

So, my players are stramge, because in the 1st time of te season they played 50 mimites a week and they have GS mediocre.. When i started to set the minutes to 60-75, the GS was strong.

Ottava, GS6: Played 100 minutes last week
Bejar, GS7: Played 90 minutes last week
Voroli, GS7: Played 89 minutes last week

No mediocre GS in that team. Do you manage another one ?

No. I'm just saying that when i had 50-60 minutes, they disn't have good GS

Question related to GS training:

in week that U decide to train GS- how many levels U can expect to raise GS of players? one, two, three? cause without training if players play normal minutes on court GS raises one or two levels.

i don't expect anything because i think GS is almost completely random.

if 1 player play 100 minutes and you train GS, he is not going to have better GS (personal experience. in season 23 i had 7 players and i trained all the time GS, it was always 7 or 8).

and i haven't seen a player with normal minutes on court who raises GS 2 levels.
