I don't keep my roster long enough to do something like this :)

lol. but its quite doable if you look into it for lets say 8 seasons or so. train guards/bigs first for 4 seasons. then switch.

prob even faster if u buy players

Define start from scratch. No players above 5k salary? Or sell all players and buy brand new batch of players with 80k and above salary?

I went second route.

Bought two monsters to train up a season off position. Will fill in the blanks with cash from a season of leeching mbba later on.

Technically second route isn't considered as start from scratch. It should be considered as revamping the team.

Start from scratch should be first route.

I will suggest that you try to check the min salary you need to pay for your roster in your league. If it is 100k and above you prob need to tune to that. No point having your whole team at 60k salary but you need to pay more due to the salary floor.
