its biggest boost though, I feel is that it really gives you a huge stamina boost that is simply not possible with anyo ther sub patterns because they can not, do not, and will not sub often or balanced 99% of the time.

I have to disagree.....the biggest boost is that you don't have to worry about mismatches....He started Ueda at PF(he had him switched on D) to try and get a mismatch at that position. It just so happens(and you said it yourself in the chat) that it started to sub Gonz at PF to D up his G. Now that is sad. If you were to set your own line up, it would have been a mismatch the whole game. Would he have won? .I don't know. But it is sad that a Blank line up will take away mismatches that happen when two people set their own roster. So if I run a player out of position, the GE with the blank line up set will nullify the advantage that I would get out of that position by putting players in that position to best Defend that position. That is weak. So running a Blank line up is basically a way to take the guess work out of figuring out where a manager will play his best players. Just let the computer figure it out and set it blank. Now...I know you will come back with a HATE THE GAME NOT THE PLAYER comment so I will save you from typing it. I did not diss you at all in this post...Just the use of the Computer assisted blank line up. I can see why the user base is slipping...down to 46k now..The game has become a joke on the web. Instead of being Chess like(a battle of wits) it has become like flipping a coin....and if someone doesn't run LI or a blank line up it becomes a two headed coin...

we will have just agree to disagree....Gonzc took some turns at PF, If Yasujiro was there, would the Blank line up had subbed a SG there(not Krecji because he is a beast) but Gonzc....I don't think so...So I think the blank line up helped you with more than just minute management. But that is only my opinion. I saw it happen before in one of my PL games. I had put a SG at C and ran patient and the other guy ran a blank line up(he told me this later) and after about 3 minutes a G came in at his C spot to D him up. I thought it was just a freak thing but after watching this game it showed me that it is for real. Now, don't get me wrong...it wasn't for the whole game but here and there a G would come in. So, in my opinion, it takes a lot of the fun out of the game. It no longer is a game of wits for the actual Game stuff...tactics, trying to get mismatches.....but a market game with the guy who logs in the most has the better chance of getting the good players and in turns wins.
BTW...Congrats on the win....I think you will have no problem beating Yoks second team next week. ( same ban date)

What is the criticism of Yoks & the NT? They are 3-0 so far, he was doing a great job!

Well....The NT job is a two season job and he was caught cheating and banned after only three games so now there is a guy who nobody liked and only 1 person voted for and he is our NT coach. I wouldn't call that doing a great job.

No biggie. Im going the stunners route. train japanese players, collect money, and win as much as i can doing it.

It is just unfortunate. There is nothing to break down really. you already know what it is. you dont even have to set your roster apparently. just get a bunch of good players, set look inside, and leave it to the AI to decide your strategy for you.

With more enthusiam at home i have

- more fouls
- more foul outs
- lower outside scoring rating
- 11 few fts.
- fewer assists
- more turnovers


So it is what it is. I hate the look inside offense with a passion but its the Bo Jackson techmo bowl glitch. you just cant stop it. So, with that, a bit of my interest died last night.

I lose a buzzerbeater, i feel different.

But to give up 17 in the first half, then give up 53 in the second. What else can you say?

I run low post with a wonderous passer at pf, i should have more than an average rating.

bottom line is, BB was not through in their implementation of the new offenses.

they introduced outside iso / inside iso / low post and none of them have really caught on.

I could argue X's and O's. but the simple fact is, 2 of my guys fouled out...none of yours did. No other offense consistently creates fouls like LI.

Weither or not i should have won is not the point. the fact that i hold you to 17 points in the first half, and you explode for 53 in the second is quite frankly a joke to me.

The way i see it, the game just broke down to its most simple components. good pass to guy with inside shot + driving creates basket or foul. That is basically buzzer beater.


the 53 point 2nd half was painful to watch. It really was.

I never run a blank lineup just don't trust it & I'm training every game anyway. But I'm guilty of look inside, but I have been doing it for seasons now & trained my guards to be good at it not my fault if the rest of the buzzerbeater world is copying me.:)

Just my opinion but low post is a weak offence. It seems to always create a lot of last second contested 3s. I rank it down with the isolations & princeton. All the rest are ok.
