Just a quick update we beat Barbados on our first real game 115-106. I guessed GDP wrong, hoping na matambakan natin sila. Talent won in the end. We did not play our best players (Game shape issues). We will face Dominican Republic next. So lets have better GS next week, para mag carry over the following weeks. We are a heavy favorite to beat them, so i am not worried.

I agree a PG is most needed sa NT. Which is why I suggested before that Musa train his passing more bcoz I notice our younger PG's who are supposed to take over Dela Pena doesn't seem to be performing well even if their stats are almost up to par with Dela Pena.

I really hoped Macahilo's stats are improving bcoz it didnt pop once when I was the NT manager. Very very promising player. I don't think you will find another Denaque or a Dispo anytime soon with slower training. Sadly the trainer of Denaque when he was an 18 yo is too busy nowadays to play BB. Denaque started with atro JS if you believe it or not when he was in u21 he was so bad in shooting outside. Nowadays he is a monster. Was trained with a level 6 trainer if I am not mistaken. Sadly capped already.

Take note that Dispo and Cantara are getting older now. We need to replace them soon as they reach their retirement age. Also Denaque too.

Training players to achieve good secondaries is very tricky. Managers always train their players since 18 based on their current position. In my experience as past NT manager, managers promised me to train their secondaries but 2 pops is enough tapos hihinto na sila.

My suggestion is to convince them to train their secondaries first before training their main skills.

Or 1 suggestion pa is training ng primary skills up to 21(for U21), then 22-24 secondaries na then primaries ulit. I assure you na pagapak ng 25, unstoppable na yung player na yun.

Here is the draft of our new NT for minimum skill requirements as requested by our Senior Coach. Its up to you guys to finalize, discuss or debate.

When I saw Denaque for sale, he can still play till age 35. The owner just has to shift to a career extension coach when he turns 33. I think same goes for other players who have very high TSP.

There is a very good 24 center on sale right now still very trainable in the TL. Jayvee Castro (can't link it here against forum rules). Made a bid but I don't think I have enough funds to win. Anyone needing a center can seriously consider him as he would surely be a nice fit for the NT squad in the future.

We need trainers like the one who trained Denaque. Luckily lolo witnessed his progress. I think I'm going to train another star when Cantara is 32 years old.

Duguan at katakot takot na pasensiya to train another Denaque. Hindi kakayanin ng newbie trainer.

Thank you for all the comments, i posted Obi's chart in another thread (may errors kaunti, pasensiya na) so you can see what the player will look like. Salamat kay Obi for the collaboration . Mas mataas ang standards niya, ako na ang nagbaba para maging realistic. Everyone is welcome to comment here in this thread for violent reactions lets keep it civil para walang magaaway or sasama ang loob. If no one will post/comment within a week I will consider this final. Questions are welcome as well. I will try to defend this. If you show me something better and realistic i will edit the position and the skills. Salamat.

Looks good, a lit bit controversial sa JR for bigs. Two schools of thought, whether a big man needs JR. Not a big deal to me. Right now, i am training my inside skills with Montenejo. The aggressiveness factor kind of works both ways. Some Managers believe less aggressive players defend better because they foul less. Big men will miss no matter how high their JS will be. My NT player from China is a perfect example. I think its when you run an outside offense (Princeton and RNG) even to some extent Motion that you appreciate the high JS for BIGS. Just my thoughts, good work.
