Hello everyone!

I have been for two seasons scout of yours U21 NT. I gained experience in these seasons and I have read the limits that this NT has.
1_First of all we need more scout, working hard: this means that every weeks they have to contact teams in order to update skills and to follow the training of the players (this is the part most important: and i've done this as a scout). I've lots of people that can help us on scouting: for example 6 italian manager gives me their availability.
2_We have to informe teams that if they don't mantein the form of the players high they will have a punishment: exclusion for one or more weeks from the national. So they will realize that maybe is better to keep form high in order to have more merchandising on their economy.
3_If you want I will candidate myself as U21 coach: I hope it'll be because i want to help this nation.

So I'm available to speak with you of all things you want about NT.

U-21 is going back to normal in 1-2 seasons if every player could coordinate well..

I want to know a thing: this season there won't be an election for the U21 coach right?

So not season 21 but 22 right?! well so i keep on training young indonesian prospect for another season:)
