Yes i would, just to make it clear. And hey i am also there to help everyone, my job isn't only to the lineup....

To be honest, we did it like that in Germany and during the 4 years, i always had the same contact person who helped me develop Sascha Heichler(my German national team player) and who always knew the actual abillities of him. I liked that and it is better than switching every year. By the way, same thing with Wiktor Basta, also an Ex-U21 player of Poland.

You are right, the 18 and 19 year olds are more work, but as i mentioned, I can always help these scouts. You'll have your players for 4 years and after the start of the second year you'll know you player pool nearly perfect.

I know that this isn't an evenly distribution, but it doesn't matter. If A has 20 trainees, B 15, C 5 and D 40, D can "give" for example 15 trainees to C and C will follow same method teached by D. This is only a way to give same position players to the same member of staff, so one member has only to think "how growing X position". This is a way to simplify the job, but not a strictly division.

this is strange cuz if someone tries to vote for you then a message is displayed telling that you are no longer registered for the elections.
