Perpete hit the nail on the head. I’ve done it to get a guy that will end up selling for hundreds of thousands or millions up from a $1 starting bid, just to speed the process. I’ve also done it by making an initial bid that I thought would be my final and max bid but changed my mind when I was going to log off and made my max bid higher than it was initially. And sometimes you just make a mistake and hit bid on a player that you already bid on and actually wanted to change the bid to a much higher bid, instead of the small increments that BB next bids place on the player.
