Generally the best inside defender that you have. To be sure I would set up who you want to guard their best player at the defensive position you want and then play box and one.

For outside box and one, the defender assigned will be the one with the most IS+ID+SB total. For inside I'm not sure but I'd guess it's IS+SB. The outside box and one information was from a well known thread here: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...
