Hi everyone! I would like to be Your next U21 National team manager. I've played this game over 10 seasons so I know what I'm doing. I would take this team on to a new level. It does take more than a season but I believe that Barbados has many young potential players like the other teams do have. Hello players of Barbados, my name is Tom and am i excited about the prospect of applying for the u21 role within your national team for the next 2 seasons. You have questions? please, go ahead.

Whats your experience with Buzzerbeater?
Well, despite not managing a national team yet, i offer an extensive 6 seasons of experience in the game and a burning passion to make sure the next generation of players are reaching their potential, in my roster 2 of my players i have drafted myself and looked after, and will not sell!

Why am i the right candidate?
I am a very active user and as my name suggests i'm a moderator in which i over look several forums (yours included) so i will be on daily to answer your questions and take your advice regarding the team and upcoming games. Also i feel this job would be the perfect stepping stone for a young manager like myself, i'm looking to gain the experience as the u21 manager as i would love to one day become the National team manager for this country! at only 18 years old i'm enthusiastic and hoping i can gain your vote!

I have entered myself into the running for the Barbados U21 National Team manager. I am currently a very active user and am coming off a championship season in the USA. This is my second championship in the USA divisions. This will be my 7th full season on Buzzerbeater and I have a reputation of winning. Winning is something I do not take lightly. I want the best players on the floor working in an offense that suits the strengths of the team. I am an avid man to man user and will do so here if elected as well. I am looking forward to the opportunity to make some noise in the coming America's tourney. I feel Barbados can become a very competitive nation if we can train the talent accordingly.

I feel I have the ability to make this a solid contented and not just a walk over opponent for larger teams. The talent is there it just needs to be trained harder and managed better. I will be active in talking with any user that has a Barbados player that can help the U21 and also the National Team down the line.
