Welcome and if you want I will give you some IMPORTANT tips for beginners.
1) Don't spend too much too soon.
2) Trim your roster - 90% of the starting players you get are rubbish. Anyone with less that average defence for their position unless they are going to be trained should be let go.
3) Establish your training positions. You look like you got lucky and have two trainable players right off.
Monarangon Shikdar (22223113) Small Forward
Weekly salary: $ 3 378
Age: 19
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: allstar
Balumahendra Jayashree (22223111) Center
Weekly salary: $ 5 132
Age: 19
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: superstar
You also have another not great trainee but still possible:
Vihari Velamore (22223109) Power Forward
Weekly salary: $ 5 151
Age: 21
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: superstar
Everything tells me you need to be training big men.
4) Buy a level 4 trainer. Level 5 is too expensive for new teams. You want one that costs less than $20,000 a week (the cheaper the better) and costs less than $30,000 to buy.
Don't buy a doctor or PR guy yet.
5) Buy some decent but cheap players for your non-training positions. That will be PG, SG and SF. You look to already have a good SG Udarsh Shukla so try to get a good PG and SF. Aim for at least respectable in JS, JR and OD. The PG will also want at least respectable HA and PA, the SF will want at least average in IS, ID and RE. Don't pay more than $50,000 for each. For these guys you can totally ignore age and potential.
That is a start hopefully a helpful one.
