1) Will become a Walkover and you will **** your oponent if you don't notify that
2)Traing Game shape for me is worthless. Try to maintain every body playing 55-65 mins a week
Game shape is influenced directly by the correct minutes played during a week and training it don't asure you a pop up nor denies a pop down
