Yea unique style of players that are rarely seen on the market are ones that sell for a lot. Supply and demand at its finest.

The sad thing is once you have trained such a player you want to keep him, but the smart thing is to always sell him to get cash once he hits 27/28 years old.

U might have to train him until 26
I would at least play him a few seasons
If u want to max profits
I don't think maxing out a player which takes 5-6 seasons is the way to go

4.5 mil is cost of 3 18 yr old hof trainee
I know he got great D
Let's say he totally covers opponents sf and limit him to 7 PTs 25% shooting
It doesn't take much D on the counter part to limit him to 10 pt 40% shooting (someone u can buy on tl for a few hundred k)
The way the GE is designed
Only big man scores over 50%
The guards are lucky to break 42% at high level

Difficult to make progress with cross training when they are both 6'0 tall.

Train them on inside skills first before going to primaries. Inside skills you'll get pops every 2/3 weeks when they are young.

I have a guard that is 9th in the league in fg% with a 53.8% shooting. Granted it is only an 8 game sample but over 100 shot attempts.

i took at look at the games
he is against mostly ppl way below his level
i was referring to players of same caliber
i think most ppl have a quality big man in this league (around 100K)
but u still see FG > 50% overall

Haha yep I've had my eye on him too. That $3mil price tag though was a sore for my eye.

It's time we set some things straight here in this II.4 place.

The thing is, you guys spending money to bring in new players and selling players is all good. I encourage that, in fact, when the time is right. But the time to buy a >100k salary super stud is *after* you play me, not before. The time to sell off most of your players is before you've played me, not after.

I trust you will all avoid making these mistakes again. Love and mTIEs for all!
