semoga kedepannya pemain timnas u-21 lebih baik lagi... ayo aktif donk semua player,, apalagi udah mau pemilihan pelatih timnas senior dikarenakan pelatih saat ini di prediksi tidak berminat lagi melatih timnas.... visi misi sudah boleh agar serius dan mendapatkan pelatih yg sesuai dan berpengalaman..^^

Hello everyone!

I have been for two seasons scout of yours U21 NT. I gained experience in these seasons and I have read the limits that this NT has.
1_First of all we need more scout, working hard: this means that every weeks they have to contact teams in order to update skills and to follow the training of the players (this is the part most important: and i've done this as a scout). I've lots of people that can help us on scouting: for example 6 italian manager gives me their availability.
2_We have to informe teams that if they don't mantein the form of the players high they will have a punishment: exclusion for one or more weeks from the national. So they will realize that maybe is better to keep form high in order to have more merchandising on their economy.
3_If you want I will candidate myself as U21 coach: I hope it'll be because i want to help this nation.

Hi Stefano, I understood you were brought over here by our previous manager RLK, and glad that you are still here although our manager has gone.

Hope you can stick around here often, although some managers might not good speaking English, just bear with us and good luck :)

U-21 is going back to normal in 1-2 seasons if every player could coordinate well..

I think you've reason although i think also that it is necessary to coordinate scout and teams well than in the past!
