Cole, I'd suggest buying some younger players. And maybe trying to sells some of your older players or even firing them if they are no good. You have plenty of time to build a good squad!

well.. first week of training just those in the center position... both players popped in inside shot so good result. Lets hope it keeps up at this rate :P

I had my best week of training ever having finally givien up on Team training things such as passing, JR etc i did Guards One-on-One

Managed two guys with Triple pops, one with a double and one with a single :)

Pops to both centers... seems the single position training gets pops every 2 weeks in main skills for my 19 and 21 year old!!

just 2 pops out of 4 on JR. I know the single position really works it worked for me last week as well on OD.

Single position training is fantastic if you can do it. Unfortunately I'd get blown out most games if I tried it. On another note, I got a triple pop on a 24 year old today, now that's rare!!

Good thing is.. I am training/playing a PF and C in the C position and they are getting around 50 mins game time with another C (Franklin) getting around 40 mins at C so will be getting some form of training each week as well!!

I had all 3 of my players pop for a total of 4 pops. Was a good week :)
