Yes we do, it'll be a very tough task for a division II team to go on and win the cup but it's not impossible. As you said we need some of the elite playing each other next round.

Fair enough, albeit a slight correction, Galaxy is carrying the highest salaries at the moment but seems to be reshuffling his team still so that could change. Things are very tight in EBBL for most teams so balancing minutes, wins and enthusiasm for the cup is a problem. Many are also out of position training which gets harder as the tournament progresses. As always however the cup continues to throw us fascinating games. Wishing everyone the best of luck!

Minutes are not a 1 week thing imo, they are a 3 week thing.

ROUND FIVE SUMMARY
As we swiftly approach the last few rounds of the tournament, the fifth round oversaw results that saw the last of the BOTs, one EBBL team knocked out and a few division III teams upsetting their high ranked opponents in Division II. The highlight match up saw Stinkilemons defeat an EBBL opponent in Los Mikitos by a score of 85-71, so congratulations go out to the Lemons. All other EBBL teams showcased their class though as we saw Tide of Fire put on a dominating display over Spikey Pumpkins and Tatatallfella defeating Berinsfield Hornets. The game involving two Division II sides in BC Snaiperiai and KD Allstars was also a fantastic game with KD Allstars pulling away in the fourth quarter after a tighly contested first three quarters.

The draw for the last 32 didn't really do any favours for the non-EBBL teams dreaming of lifting the cup as all EBBL teams involved managed to avoid each other. Despite this, there do look some match ups that won't be taken for granted as we close in on the final stages of this season's cup. The two standout games involve Tide of Fire travelling to 16th seed, Bc Giants as well as M Dogs packing for a contest against 18th seed, Triximos Tricks. Additionally there are also some tasty looking games between division II sides, involving SuperHands vs Stiggs, Kotwa vs Wrose Warriors and KD Allstars vs Bulviniai Blynai.

Just like to say a congratulations to the 11 division III teams that remain, it's a fantastic achievement to reach this far and all the best to all teams involved next week.

Leagues are as follows:
EBBL (8/16)
II.1 (2/16)
II.2 (3/16)
II.3 (4/16)
II.4 (4/16)
