I do not want your wang anywhere near the team it scare all the players away...

Well obviously keep training him without knowing his skills I can't tell you but from knowing your training and slight memory from some of his skills he is well on his way

Well hopefully now the debate shall begin. Either way hopefully one if us gets unless whitebeard goes again. If one of us wins hopefully the other shall continue on as an assistant

Why would I want to do anything different from whitebeard look what he as achieved for the NT. Without knowing what he's done with the team that he doesn't show on the offsite forum I wouldn't know but like you said I'd work with Iwen with some of the higher potential players that are leaving U21 team that will hopefully make national team at 26/27!its not often you get great young players before that age these days.

I do like to search out opposition teams so what they like to play offensive wise and defensively wise. Or look for a weakness they may have in a certain position. My main aim would to maintain or improve this NT success and make sure the community stays interested in it like they do with U21 team

All said and done i wouldn't want to change much that whitebeard has done because its been so successful I'd just add my own spin to it

Great answer mate. I feel the same way. I would look has being done and keep the same while I work out if there is something I feel is going to work better for the team. One thing we need is more depth in the side. Outside of our top side there is not a large selection of guys who could come in. Other larger nations have options in players and can alter their side more based on their needs at the time.

I would open up discussion on the off site forum and also talk privately with a select bunch of the more experienced and successful coaches in our country.

But it is a little like putting in a tender when you don't have all the info. Until one has all the info laid out in front of them it is impossible to know 100% the correct path to take.

Yeah so were in the same boat pretty much there.

I'm waiting to see if urmummas or gregc puts up a speech or atleast enters the debate.

From I can see on the offsite forum whitebeard knows off a few players that almost there but not quite yet maybe at the end of the season.

Yep there are a few. My new purpose needs some passing and he would be in according to him. There are a few options. But some of them are not being trained really anymore which is a shame.
