Hey fishy,

Good to hear you're still watching over Barbados.

it is possible to win & the team is much better than it used 2 be it just needs someone that can make the right tactical & strategic choices

That's really hard to say as all teams, not just Barbados, are changing frequently but I do believe that though there is a smaller population of potential players in Barbados compared to other countries, due to a smaller number of managers, there's just as much of a fighting chance if players are developed appropriately.

More wins can be had though as I believe the last two games of Season 22 were winnable games for Barbados. I'd blame those losses on poor use of tactics, scouting out opponents, managing enthusiasm and player development.

what makes you the right person 4 that job?

I feel as though I have a considerable amount of experience in the game and have myself tested out a wide number of different tactics throughout playing. As a manager, I always take into account not only the strengths and weaknesses of our team but also the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent in order to put forward the best game plan possible. Also, as I am the coach of the best U21 player Barbados has, it ensures that at least our top player is being trained properly.

That really sucks because our U21 coach is really inept. Can we impeach him?

This account might be new, but i am not new to this game nor managing a national team. I have a firm grasp on what it takes to win and i understand it all can't be built in one season,, but it sure as butter can be undone. you need ambition, drive, vision leadership. Falling into a position of power is often the first red flag. As is the case here.

The voters are listening, The NT is not something i am ready for the pool is too big and i don't have the resources to source and scout and rotate all these players. I will run Next season for U21 which is much more manageable. As i am able to get more of my friends into the game. They're currently 5 votes represented in this country 3 of which i can sway because i know them personally [that is an auto win]. Honestly no clear cut favourites. You guys are "answering without answering"

Questions for ALL NT coach hopefuls:

What do you believe are the major issues holding back the Barbados NT and how will you attack them?

I know they're currently only 5 active managers but i do not want that to a basis for any argument as is the case with many Barbadian teams when we get above average prospects we quickly place them on the market for a quick profit. I have already gotten 2 teams on board with a development process so talent isn't wasted.

But to my point Most if not ALL the players on the NT are from teams outside of "BIM" how do you plan to bring them all together? Do you have a system for scouting? Not just NT hopefuls but opponents...Looking at our NT we can be alot better than we are.

Do you have a criteria in place to give prospective trainers of NT players something to shoot for?

I'm sure i will have more questions later today?

Personally I do not care that the national team players are coached by a manager of a country rather than another, what interests me is that the owner can ensure a proper workout to the player.

Here we talk about players for a national team is not a u21, many of the players in the current national team would reach their potential before becoming 22 years old if trained on an ongoing basis, of course managers were not motivated to train the players.
I myself have reached a potential of two of my players (8) in the season when they had 21 years.

To remain the most promising players in Barbados .. Why not, it is important that managers are willing to make sacrifices (constant training, coach level 4 or higher, let him maintain a high form ..), but it is said outside that things can get better.

As I said in my post of presentation: I was a member, for several seasons, of the scouting staff of the Italian national team U21, which followed promising players to train them as best for them to play in a national "rich" and competitive as the Italian one. I have personally built several players who have played in the u21 national team and national team of their country.
I can say, therefore, to be clear what it is used for a player to be a player from the national team.

I'm sure i will have more questions later today?

I'm sorry but I can not know if you have other questions in the day =P
