Can someone plz tell me little bit more about moving up in divs . Is it harder?(of course) I mean, why u don't keep your players when u move up another div? which players are good when u move up another div, something like that.. any help?

yeah.. i'm just worried that my players are going to get old, if i don't win the div season at that time, dont wanna wait another season and see my players get old, then i have to buy some more...they should expend the age. instead of getting old and not proving in training at 22, they should start getting old at around 32. I mean, look at kobe, dirk, vc, ray allen.

Guys like Duncan, Kobe and especially VC ARE declining. Compare their stats now to their stats a few years ago. They're still good but that's only because they were already very good and a slight decline from awesome is still almost awesome :)
