I trained guards for 5 seasons, and I mostly trained them in One on One, and I can surely say that 1 on 1 for guards doesn't train IS... It trains Driving, Handling and Jump Shot with significant speed... I don't remember well, but it could be that it trains a little of Passing as well...

I trained one-on-one for forwards, and one of my guard's IS popped. I am solely dedicated right now to getting atleast 6 players trained in one-on-one each week.
Doing this will result in me losing some games, but I have an unstoppable lineup that can't be touch in my league...so when the playoffs start, I'll switch back to that unstoppable lineup.
