Ouch! A heads-up mighta been nice. I know we talked about whether you'd dump him or not - but if you could have waited a few days it might have made it easier for me to sell Kuwabara!
Oh well... moving on.

And Wolph - this is a useful site (for the NT scouting tool, if nothing else): (http://www.buzzerbeaterstats.com/)

Nice win tonight. Tried to catch everyone in chat but got got there right at the buzzer. Now for the big test game. Gotta win against Khazakhstan to advance.

If noone noticed, the team is on a 9 game winning streak and 12 of the last 14. I find it sad that Japan can have a competitive U21 program while the National team has lost 12 of 13. Hopefully the youth movement will start spilling over to NT soon.

NT Ranked #82
U21 Ranked #51

I think you have been doing a great job recently and really giving our team its best chance but this last match I do not understand at all. #50 Nippon U21 vs #11 Taiwan U21 was always going to be a 1 sided match. 2 x 70k guys, 1 x 55k guard, 2 more 40k etc while our best is under 40k and our 2nd best 27k. We were never going to win so it seems obvious that the only things we could gain form the match were:

1) gain enthusiasm
2) keep the margin low with a slow paced game

Instead I see that not only did we play a fast paced offence so the margin was racked up to over 30

Nippon U21 vs. Taiwan U21 59 - 92 (17393)

but we wasted enthusiasm in this pointless slaughter for nothing.

Nippon U21 put more into this game than Taiwan U21.

This makes no sense at all. We have 2 more tough games ahead against the Phillipines and Singapore but perhaps the final game against Singapore could have been a surprise upset and gotten us into the next round with a maximum enthusiasm CT. Now we probably have to rely on Lubnan somehow beating Khazakstan in the last round.

Reasons?

Ha ha. I agree. Why does BB need to log us out all the time? Don't they want to have higher user traffic = moe advertising= more money? Constantly frustrating.

I don't really understand NT enthusiasm but I am told it changes much more slowly than normal enthusiasm so any boost lasts much longer. But in weeks like allstar there is often no point playing TIE with your normal club team.

The only thing we had rated better than Taiwan was Offensive Flow so I would have thought an offence that allowed us to use that would be the best like patient, motion, princeton or low post but obviously I don't know the skills of our players and you do. I rarely go up against teams I can't beat but the "conventional wisdom" is the underdog is best served by a low scoring game.

Good answers. Thanks for your continued enthusiasm and passion for the team.
