While obviously I would like to see you fail, crubmble, be demoted, have to sell Smeltz and quit, if you don't want to do that you must pay careful attention to your finances. Take a good look at your staff and make sure they are cost effective. Check your arena. Audit every single player to make sure they are pulling their weight, if not you can trim the fat. Some team just run 3 guards or 3 bigs and then have two versitile SFs that can fill in at a number of spots. That is just 8 players plus one trainees and a $1,000 man for scrimmages and there is an economical team to surround Smeltz.

I have something else to announce. This is my 4th season of BB and I have now won my 3rd championship (lets not discuss the disaster in season 12). I am wondering if anyone has won more or has my season 12 incompetence given me some sort of dubious record?
