What about for teams like me that aren't trying to lose but can't do anything about it at this point? Still punishing me for not being ready to compete?

Try to convert your cash to assets. Spend your cash on two young players with high potential so that your money goes under the boycott limit, then train One on One for some time. When you are done tanking, convert your assets back to cash. With training you may get more than you paid for.

If spending all your cash on two good assets is difficult, then I think you can spend your cash to compete.

Excellent advice. Also winning one game out of seven might be a good idea.

Good point, although winning is out of his control. Using your suggestion, my advise then is to get 2 young players with high potential, then try to sneak a CT win in one of his next 6 games.
