Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: sensational
Outside Def.: marvelous Handling: sensational
Driving: tremendous Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: prolific Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

Experience: average TSP: 112 (75 + 37)

My initial end goal for him was 14/12/15/12/14/12/12/12/10/10

I gave up on the SB training a long time ago when i tried to train his Sb and he got injured...then the next time i tried to train SB he got injured AGAIN!
I have given up on the 2 more PA pops and the IS/ID/RB pops...his last pop was in JR sometime last season. After that i switched to 1v1g and have been on that since.
I am not supporter so i cannot see exactly how long its been but i know it has been atleast 6 weeks of 1v1G in which all my other trainees have popped multiple times.
So really..i just want 14JS 14DR so i can be satisfied with him. I have spent 6 seasons training him so i feel obligated to push him till he gets those last 2 pops. Hopefully it happens, i would be very disappointed if i could not get atleast those 2 pops as i already know i cannot get him the last few pops i really want to round him out.

Damn, another passing pop or two would be just perfect.

yes i agree, and i will be doing 1 pos PA with Scuderi whenever Mcneil gets these two pops..but at this rate it would be foolish to waste the training slot as it would probably take the next 2 seasons haha

I recommend you train PA first then, since PA training will also train HA and DR. Maybe you get unexpected pops? :)

Well, i probabley would except im trying to compete in my d.III league, so taking one of my best players out of the starting equation just wont work for me right now. i suppose i could do two position PA, but meh ill be happy with 14js/14dr.

no. some DMI studies in the past have shown, that GS proficient is the maximum. it does not have sub levels. I think only a GS of 9.0 is shown as proficient and is the maximum GS. lower levels might have sub levels though

My guy is at 3 full weeks of SB since last pop, plus another 20 min week. Fouled out early this week as well, unfortunately.
