Congrats. but you had home court advantage and you crunched against his TIE which both made for a lot of points. You'll probably need one or two more good players by the time the playoffs come around. He isn't expanding his arena which is a mistake. You may be the only team in II.2 who is.

Yeah, one more game before the inevitable loss for whichever of us wins!

Yeah that's exactly what I'm thinking xD Whether you win or I win, the next game will be the "impossible to win" match. Golden Rule and Indiens de Polytech are 2 strongest teams in India and they're on a different dimension :P

Great game it was. I couldn't tell who the winner would be until the very last moment. It could have been that you won that match. If your players didn't foul like crazy, then you would have won the game.

Sorry to reply so late. I was attending my students PhD defense and didn't have good internet access.

I don't want to say anything so that I won't be fined by the commissioner but I notice that you have given the referees good jobs in your organization.

Makes me smile.

Are you a university professor? A lot of my friends have PHDs including my buddy who I will be visiting tomorrow. He is a omputer programmer and has worked for some fairly amazing organisations including NASA.

Incredible the very smart people that like this game.

Yup. Astronomy. I was in NASA for a couple of years as a postdoc but really prefer universities because of the young people. We were down at the Cape once and got to watch the Shuttle launch from the VAB, which is as close as one could get without being on the Shuttle. They had another one inside the VAB which they were working on. When you're up close, it looks a lot bigger than that little thing on the TV.
