Not true. For Jump Shot too. Don't take it badly but are you still sure about that IS pop? Never heard about it (with guards training) and it is unprobable it wouldn't be discovered before.

(maybe there are different training regime in differents parts of world, a bug happens or they changed training engine with new game engine too - just kidding, although one never knows)

I trained guards for 5 seasons, and I mostly trained them in One on One, and I can surely say that 1 on 1 for guards doesn't train IS... It trains Driving, Handling and Jump Shot with significant speed... I don't remember well, but it could be that it trains a little of Passing as well...

I trained one-on-one for forwards, and one of my guard's IS popped. I am solely dedicated right now to getting atleast 6 players trained in one-on-one each week.
Doing this will result in me losing some games, but I have an unstoppable lineup that can't be touch in my league...so when the playoffs start, I'll switch back to that unstoppable lineup.
