The way I've always looked at inside iso is that it gets your best inside scorer the ball out around the three point line and everyone else moves out of the way. If your inside scorer can't drive and doesn't have great handling or passing, it's a dead end.

Of course, I've also been very ineffective with it the times I've tried it and my big guys do have those skills, so I dunno what makes it work well. Yuck's had a lot of success with that tactic, though.

If you have guards with high IS they will become the focal point for the Inside Iso. It can really be a deadly tactic especially if the oppositions guards don't defend well down low. As for the bigs, they perform well if they have some driving and JS on them.

I would tend to agree with Isaiah here from my experiences. I also don't think the offense requires a dominant true pg but a bunch of combo guards that can pass. Passing out of the front court seems to be as important as the back court. It kind of feels like the Gasol/Bynum/Kobe triangle team to me. Kobe and Ron Artest were very good on the block. I don't think it is clear out ISO basketball modern Knicks stuff. There can be a lot of assists to be had. All of that being said, my team is rather clunky on offense so I don't think I quite have the ideal parts for that offense. I could really use a Yi type shooter I think on the kick outs to really make the offense go.

Ever try to get a spot up shooter? Good passing and shooting but low driving to make sure he is a true spot up shooter.

Had to break my all American team up but I think it's worth it. I got a stud that I can train with Smeall and Taylor and could become a great player. Slowly building my team with youth.

The third person is probably grateful he can't. (I presume at least; maybe the third person wants Isaiah inside them).
