interesting, so u dont believe smeltz would be a significantly better player wit triple prodigious as opposed to his current stats? JS is a given as i am training that in tandem with his ID atm to get him to NT level. As for relegation if i relegate, its game over anyways regardless if smeltz salary is @ 220k or as it is once the new season begins. Relegation will mean the end of SAS and a team consisting of smeltz and 4 lucky fans. Selling smeltz doesnt even come into consideration.

min requirements for a C in the NT

Center:


Rebounding - Prodigious

Inside Shot - Marvelous

Inside Defense - Prodigious

Shotblocking - Strong

as it is smeltz is barely cracking the min requirements even for a look in

that may be true but does he have that stats to try and become a pf or even a sf?

their wages are MUCH lower than C and you will get a ton of free pops that will make him much better but not cost you more?

PF is a possibility but C is his best chance of making the NT.

Of course he would be a better player, but how much better?

If I had to choose between having a successful team or a NT player, I'd pick the former every single time.

sad but true.. they are right
a 220k smelts would be a detriment to your team in div2... but if u can manage to get your arena high enough it might work.

PG 40k
SG 40k
SF 40k
PF 50k
C smelts 220k

some backups 30k

total 420k.

420k is not out of the question in div2

Depends how much money he has saved at the moment?
In div 2 I have about 420k a week in income so you can definitely have that much in salaries if you don't scout and don't have any staff.

If Smeltz hits 220k salary I have a feeling that this will be your last season in div 2. It is simply too hard to stay up with that high of a salary on 1 player.

haha true, imagine if someone got 3 draft picks that were all 18, all had good skills, good height, and awesome potential.....that's like getting 10 million dollars straight away.
