I train a total of six players weekly, composed of Dax and Ricky plus other players depending on the position trained. My trainer level is only competent.

Buy a high-level trainer (advance atleast). Don't waste Dax's potential, focus on training him. We need him in our future national team. Ask an advice in our local forum thread
