Ps: I started off as a SF in primary school, then moved on to C/PF for the 1st three years of my secondary school( due to height etc ) then moved on to PG ( my dream position XD ) So I can really relate to ya, you've got my vote XD

My question is very straightforward;

Seeing Look Inside is slowly becoming one of the 'trend' in BB, if elected would you jump the bandwagon and develop players to suit the tactic? Or do you have any plans to 'neutralize/ counter' this approach?

i choose malaysia because i want to know more about bb from abroad. i want to know about malaysian culture from bb and want to share with the bb community in malaysia.
i used to be scout from indonesia and sometimes become informant for benny in my u-21 nt team.
i see much prospect from malaysia when seeing malaysia nt players especially in pg position and i want see this country more better in u-21 team, because the u-21 team i see just in position 45 in the world while the senior nt in 33 in the world. i want to see much better in malaysia and next i'm hoping some cooperation from local team to become my scout and looking forward to see every players can provides many good junior players, not just looking in play and buy expensive players and wages. together we can do it.

i want to answer this answer

first, i have been in bb since season 15, not so much season you think but i studied well. in the first time i'm joint, my team promote from div 3 and become 2nd division until now, i haven't gone to ibbl because my fund isn't much now and i'm focuse in developing some new u-21 players in my country last.
second, did i contribute something? how can i have some contribute if i wasn't inside the team? i wanna buy some malaysian juniors but have a good fight from malaysian team and i lost in bid. so now i want to have contribute for you all
third trust not just said in mouth or word but thrust come from heart. if you can trust me, i can trust you and if you can't trust me how can i trust you. we must walk together and have some tribute for better in this u-21 team
forth.. this is not my first post, i have ever post here. respect not come from word, but from action.

answering your question, i want make malaysia better, first better in asia region can fight with my u-21 nt indonesia, thai, vietnam and then japan, india and last iran. why? everything needs proccess,, if we can better and better, we can fight hongkong and philipines. if in asia we can't better how can we better in worlds? i want to handle some training and focusing in development. i am not orientated in result, my orientation, if every user can develop 1 nt player, we can have many goods player then and no need to worrying while get injured, while no players in sf position and while everything get worse.
i want to see some new good sf in this country because i see many nations not orientated in developing sf position and not look it a must. every players have the roles, i know this country center and pg is better than indonesia players, japan, etc but how can we just have them, the development now i see is slower than before and i want we can develop it next faster

yah i know it is trend, why? because everyone orientated in developing some center and pf and bought expensive players in that position.. i prefer use run and gun and outside area because look inside too commons and to easy for getting see by opponents.

so that's all my answer, i hope the best can win this election and can make u-21 malaysian team better next. and i hope the development not just getting slower because every nation better now. thanks and see you guys..^^
