U21 Public Relations Manager Korey

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Korey, I am 15 years old, and live near Cleveland, Ohio. I am a freshman in High School and I really like Buzzerbeater! Well not much else to be said I guess..

2) Tell us a little bit about your team and history here at Buzzerbeater?
I joined right after the All-Star Break in Season 13, and I was really clueless. In seasons 13-15, I have never missed the playoffs, so I guess that makes me a good manager?

3) Could you explain your duties for the NT?
I have two jobs: I serve as a 19-year-old scout, and I am the PR manager for U21, though I haven't had much time for that recently, so I feel I am not doing my duties. But I should be better.

4) Favorite and least favorite BB players?
Favorite - The Great Peter Cox
Least Favorite - Nobody really, I don't have a problem with anyone.

5) Biggest Buzzerbeater pet peeve?
Not being able to have any in-game control. Or at least being able to say beforehand how many minutes you want your players playing.

6) Biggest BB Rival?
Considering I have only been in Division 5, no one really. I guess a team called bestteamers, but that doesn't really count. Let me answer this question again in Season 19.

7) How did you get involved with the NT?
I was bored one day and was searching through the site, and on the NT Press Blog it gave the link to the offsite, so I joined. And then it all happened on there.

8) No disrespect to all the NT/U21 players but who is your favorite player on those teams?
Well my favorite player on the Season 18 U21 team will be Peter Cox ;) No but seriously I like Paul Owens a lot, and Gavin Wood.

9) What is the reason behind the naming of your team, Da Cavs?
I am a Cleveland Cavaliers fan, and I was trying to sound cool by naming myself "Da Cavs." But I don't think it turned out that way, lol.

10) What is the main objective of Da Cavs in Season 16?
Get 5th place in my division so I don't have to pay playoff salaries. Then be in position to promote in Season 17.

11) Favorite Movie?
Hmm, I don't really have one, but if I had to pick one, I guess Inception.

12) Favorite kind of music?
No real favorite. I'll listen to anything except country, death metal, and Justin Bieber.

13) Favorite quote?
Tough one. I guess, "It's not the hours you put in, but what you put in the hours."

14) Favorite Pizza topping?
Honestly as weird as it sounds I don't like pizza. So, nothing I guess.

15) Finish the sentence, If I could have one wish I would wish for..
The ability to see into the future, so I could avoid mistakes and know when to pounce on an opportunity that I might not have.

U21 Opposition Scout DarkJester11

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Sean. I'm 20 from Connecticut. Other than that there is almost nothing of note to say in this space so im gonna ramble untillllll....now.

2) Tell us a little bit about your team and history here at BuzzerBeater?
Started in the final games of season 8, where i drafted Ramon Kellogg who led me through to D.III and also made a U21 run. I'm currently working on training my trio of American guards in hopes that they may be able to help the US.

3) Could you explain your duties for the NT/U21?
Provide Rambo with enough info to make educated decisions and not get lynched in the process.

4) How did you get involved with the NT?
I joined the off site about 4 season ago and started learning the amount of preperation that went into player development as well as the ideas behind tactics. Since then ive very slowly started becoming more active.

5) Biggest BuzzerBeater Rival?
Even though it hasnt been pretty the last couple games id have to say Harrisburg Hammerheads would have to be. Ive gone to 2-OT twice with them and in my first game in D.III won in overtime.

6) Favorite and least favorite BB players?
Ramon Kellogg and Thomas Malliaras would have to be my favorites. As for least favorite id have to say every guard in my league.

7) Biggest Buzzerbeater pet peeve?
Not being able to buy and maintain Joe Bronson for $1

8) Any words of advice for your new U21 Coach Rambo?
Always eat the red pill

9) What do you think of the job Jfarb has done with one season in the books?
He has taken the ground work Wozzvt laid for him and added his own dimension to it. Hopefully all of it ends in a worlds trophy.

10) What is the #1 objective of the Steel Guardians in Season 16?
Train my guards and dont relegate. Optimistic goals i know.

11) Favorite TV show?
Sons of Anarchy hands down.

12) Favorite NBA team?
San Antonio. They way they build their players amazes me.

I'm 13, I live in Chi-town (Chicago) football is my favorite sport and basketball is my second.

2) Tell us a little bit about your team and history here at BB?
This is my third season playing Buzzerbeater and I'm still in D5.

3) How did you get involved with the NT?
I got involved in the NT when Jfarb advertised it in the chat one day also because of Kenny Luther.

4) How important is Domestic Scouting?
It is very important because not only does it help America it helps the team manager get some good advice.

5) Biggest Buzzerbeater Pet Peeve?
When your player gets a rebound and it falls out of bounds.

6) Favorite NT & U21 Players from this season/last?
Jimmie Brown.

7) Who is your favorite player from your own team?
Kenny Luther we need a nickname for him.

UTEP Miners they always give me troubles but I got him this year.

Great but he better take me to Vegas in season 32.

NT Domestic Scout Panic129

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself?
My actual name is Kyle, I'm 14 and currently live in Lake Orion, MI, about 40 mins away from Detroit. I got involved in Buzzerbeater at the end of Season 13 by Google searching and was immediately hooked.

2) Tell us a little bit about your team and history here at BB?
Well, I basically started in Season 14 and made it to the finals of the playoffs there, and won my D5 league the next season after a few good transfers, and now I'm keeping on the middle of the road in D4, which is infinitely better than D5 because of the competition level.

3) How did you get involved with the NT?
My high activity level on the regular BB site brought me to the NT, and I was very interested in helping out. Luckily, there wasn't as much of a task force as there is now.

4) How important is Domestic Scouting?
It's very high up there rank-wise. There is a lot of work put into contacting managers, and people's responses are what makes up our team. Thankfully, owners of our higher-level players are on our offsite forum.

5) Biggest Buzzerbeater Pet Peeve?
People bidding on a player right before the deadline

6) Favorite NT & U21 Players from this season/last?
I enjoy watching our core guys (Medrano, Bronson, Dennison, and Jairo), and I love that J-Breezy is only 20.

7) Who is your favorite player from your own team?
I can't gush enough over Ojeda. It's shameless boasting at its best.

8) Biggest Buzzerbeater Rival?
I haven't stayed in one league for a long time, so I don't have many rivalries.

9) What are your thoughts on Coach Jfarb with the NT?
He's did a great job last season in the Americas, and doing as well as he's done at Worlds is no small feat. I like the direction we're going in with him as coach.

10) The main objective of the University of Michigan in season 16 is?
Get Ojeda to 9/10/10, and stay afloat in D4 (while possibly making a playoff run). Also to get the other 7 dollars I need for Supporter.

11) Favorite song?
I recently got into Mac Miller's music, and I enjoy pretty much all of his music. Otherwise I listen to a good deal of alternative and rock.

12) Favorite movie?
I like both of the top Oscars movies this year (Social Network/King's Speech), but otherwise, I enjoy watching Miracle.

13) Favorite pizza topping?
Other than pepperoni, I do like pineapple occasionally.

14) Any real life nicknames?
People just call me by my name basically haha.

NT Domestic Scout Smallfrie

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Isaiah Foster and I'm 20. I am a Junior at Purdue University majoring in Financial Planning and Counseling. I have a beautiful girlfriend that is 19 and goes to Purdue as well. On my free time I go golfing and play basketball.


2) Tell us a little bit about your team and history here at BB?
I started BB halfway through season 12. Set a 6 season plan to be in D.II and I'd say I'm doing pretty well because I'm in D.III now. I put all my opening money into my arena and focused on training and that is what has gotten me this far and hope to continue to do so.


3) How did you get involved with the NT?
I became a member on the NT website last season and was determined to learn more about BB as well as help out the U.S. so I became active on the offsite. At the beginning of this season i felt i learned enough to help out so i took the role of 18 year old scout.

4) How important is Domestic Scouting?
Domestic scouting is important because without it the U21/NT coaches would not be able to put together the best team possible. Also, some owners are not aware of the best way to train so we help out the community as well.


5) Biggest Buzzerbeater Pet Peeve?
It would have to be winning a game until the 4th quarter and then giving up 40 points and losing in the closing seconds. Has happened a lot to me lately lol.


6) Favorite NT & U21 Players from this season/last?
My favorite NT player is Bronson just because he is my style of PG who can do everything. As for U21 it is Jimmie Brown. He is only 20 and is already on the team. He is looking like he will be even better when he is 21 and I'm excited to see that.


7) Who is your favorite player from your own team?
Jonathan Yi. Im training him to hopefully become an U21 guard but even if he doesnt he is still center of my team and everything will be built around him in the future of my team.

8) Biggest Buzzerbeater Rival?
Flash Mashers. They were in my league last season in D.IV but on the other side of me but we had quite a battle all season and i have a lot of respect for him.


9) What are your thoughts on Coach Jfarb with the NT?
JFarb has done a great job coaching the NT and I think he has done a great job teaching us others on the offsite as well. He has proven haters wrong and continues to show that the U.S. can beat any team out there.

10) The main objective of the Smallfries in season 16 is?
Getting 4th or 5th place in my league but rebuild in the process. I started with an old team this season and i want to get every guy on my team to be under 26 before playoffs so i can make a run for many years.


11) Favorite song?
"All The Above" by Maino. When I need some motivation it really picks me up and makes me feel like I can doing anything.

12) Favorite NBA Team?
Indiana Pacers because my cousin, Jeff Foster, plays for them.

13) Favorite pizza topping?
Working at Pizza Hut I try not to eat it too much but Ive learned that bacon is good on many kinds of pizza.


14) Favorite movie?
The Hangover. Funniest movie I have ever seen.
