You can see that most of the teams you play in scrimmages are rated 10000 or better. I'd estimate that there are on;y abot 20,000 active teams.

It says that there are about 65000 active managers. But my guess is that about half of the teams aren't being looked after by a manager.

If they would close for sign ups for 5 weeks than we would most likely see how many ACTIVE managers are. but I would bet on 30k +/- 2k

Even less... When looking at the forums, there's not even 5k users contributing... What's the definition of active users for BBs anyways?

Active users are probably those teams that aren't bots...but even within the active teams, only a little bit of those teams are really making an effort.

Yeah... just like a friend of mine. He only logs once in a while on BB. Looks at the headline news and log out without checking his standings, tactics, or games... But it seems that he is define as an active team. LOL.
