Say What!! Swoosh can make a speech or not. He is getting my vote. He coached most of these players through 4 seasons as U-21 coach. To vote for the Italian guy just because Swoosh doesn't make a speech is just plain stupid...

Reading a speech of all candidates we could also open a debate.

In order to manage a NT there are some points all coaches have to declare: e.g.: how to build a staff and what are the goals at the end of biennium.

I don't know in Japan, but in my previous NT experiences my best effort was to take the best gameshape of my strongest players.
Some owners are so dummies...

I'll ask you a question:
Do you think that good NT results could bring more Japanese users in the game? Or maybe Japanese guys have other sport (and MMORPG) passions not leaving growth margins to number of 39?

I agree with you about everything except for one thing: when NT is fine, people come in chat during the NT matches, they asked to me if can buy national players, they feel part of a community giving sense to their play-time, etc.
Maybe a nice NT can decrease just a little the number of players becoming bot.
