I will be doing this early this week because after the Saudi game I will drop one to four guys depending on how much it affects our enthusiasm and be adding the last group of players that we can save. From then on I will only have a very few slots and they will be reserved for the really amazing few so it will be more like one player per two weeks than five or six a week. It is also good to do it now as this is the second last day I can freely add and remove guys.

Report on our list of inactive but not botted teams.

We will be looking for teams that were last active from about the 21/3 to the 27/3 for saving.

I have decided to drop Gary Vincent from the team. After this weekend we may only have 5 players we can save for the rest of the season so I really need to be choosy. I can add him easily if I really have to as long as I do it on sunday.

yes. It must be done very carefully.

Yes it does and I was told by a GM that the more players you drop the faster the enthusiasm drops but you can probably drop one every few weeks and not have a problem. The same GM also told me that NT enthusiasm recovers VERY slowly and if you dropped it to 1 it may take 5 weeks to recover! There is an enthusiasm reset tonight USA time so today is my last chance to add and drop.

One per week is affordable.

Do all changes by the reset. My recommendation is to have no more than 9-10 players actually in your roster, others are free slots (to be used later) or saved players.

I currently have 10 real players, but 1 is in mediocre GS on a team that will bot in 2 weeks so only actually 9 that I can use. I have 3 guys on the team who will be on teams going bot this week. I will try to release 2 on Monday after the game and hope that only costs us 1 enthusiasm. We have 2 weeks until our next real game so that should be back to normal and I will try to find a slightly easier scrimmage opponent this time while we are having issues.

And also Zibo grizzlies who very oddly put out their press release in Italian.

Would you also contact K-Rim Time? He logs in regularly but doesn't seem to have any plan for the future.
